退換貨政策

我們希望您能滿意您的購物體驗。如果您對購買的商品不滿意，我們提供退換貨服務。請詳細閱讀以下政策，以確保您的退換貨申請順利處理。

第一條 - 退貨與退款條件

  1. 可退貨商品條件：
    • 商品必須保持 全新未使用 狀態，並保留完整的 包裝、吊牌、配件。
    • 退貨申請需在 收到商品後 7 天內 提出（以物流簽收日期為準）。
    • 商品若有 明顯瑕疵或錯誤發貨，請提供照片或影片證明，我們將全額退款或免費更換。
  2. 不可退貨商品：
    • 內衣、貼身衣物、耳環等個人衛生用品（除非商品有瑕疵）。
    • 特價商品、限量商品及 非可退換商品（訂單頁面會特別標註）。
    • 已使用、洗滌、受損、缺少配件或原包裝不完整的商品。

第二條 - 退貨流程

  1. 聯絡客服：請透過 Email（moderntruelife@gmail.com） 聯繫我們，提供訂單號、退貨原因及商品照片。
  2. 等待審核：我們將在 2-3 個工作日內 審核您的退貨申請，並提供退貨地址及相關指引。
  3. 寄回商品：請確保商品包裝完整，並於 審核通過後 5 天內 寄回。運費處理方式如下：
    • 商品有瑕疵 / 錯誤發貨：我們承擔來回運費。
    • 個人原因（不喜歡、不合適）：買家需自行負擔來回運費。
  4. 退款處理：收到並確認商品符合退貨條件後，將於 5-7 個工作日內 退款至原付款方式（信用卡、電子支付等）。

第三條 - 退款方式

  • 信用卡付款：退款將退回您的原支付卡片，處理時間依發卡銀行而定（約 7-14 個工作日）。
  • 電子支付（如 PayPal）：退款將直接退回您的電子支付帳戶，處理時間約 3-5 個工作日。
  • ATM 轉帳 / 其他付款方式：請提供您的銀行帳戶資訊，退款處理時間約 5-7 個工作日。

第四條 - 重要提醒

  1. 若商品經檢查後不符合退貨條件，將無法退款，且需支付運費將商品寄回給您。
  2. 退貨包裹若因買家未妥善包裝而損壞，我們將無法受理退款或換貨。
  3. 我們不接受 貨到付款 形式的退貨，請先聯繫客服確認退貨方式。

We want you to have a satisfying shopping experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer return and exchange services. Please read the following policy carefully to ensure your request is processed smoothly.

    • Items must be in brand new, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
    • Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item (based on the delivery date).
    • If the item has a defect or was sent incorrectly, please provide photos or videos as proof. A full refund or free replacement will be provided.

  2. Non-Returnable Items:

    • Intimate items such as underwear, lingerie, and earrings (unless defective).
    • Sale items, limited edition products, and items marked as non-returnable on the product page.
    • Used, washed, damaged items, or items missing parts/accessories or original packaging.

Section 2 - Return Process

  2. Approval Process: We will review your request within 2-3 business days and provide return instructions.
  3. Return the Item: Ensure the item is securely packaged and return it within 5 days after approval. Shipping fees:
    • Defective/Wrong Items: We cover the return shipping costs.
    • Personal Reasons (e.g., dislike, wrong size): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
  4. Refund Processing: Once the returned item is received and verified, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.

Section 3 - Refund Methods

  • Credit Card Payments: Refunds will be credited to your original payment card. Processing time depends on your bank (typically 7-14 business days).
  • Electronic Payment (e.g., PayPal): Refunds will be credited back to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days.
  • ATM Transfers/Other Payment Methods: Please provide your bank details, and the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.

Section 4 - Important Notes

  1. If an item does not meet return conditions upon inspection, we will not process the refund and may require an additional shipping fee to send it back to you.
  2. We are not responsible for damages caused by improper packaging when returning the item.
  3. We do not accept cash on delivery returns. Please contact us first to confirm the return process.
