退換貨政策
我們希望您能滿意您的購物體驗。如果您對購買的商品不滿意,我們提供退換貨服務。請詳細閱讀以下政策,以確保您的退換貨申請順利處理。
第一條 - 退貨與退款條件

可退貨商品條件:
- 商品必須保持 全新未使用 狀態,並保留完整的 包裝、吊牌、配件。
- 退貨申請需在 收到商品後 7 天內 提出(以物流簽收日期為準)。
- 商品若有 明顯瑕疵或錯誤發貨,請提供照片或影片證明,我們將全額退款或免費更換。

不可退貨商品:
- 內衣、貼身衣物、耳環等個人衛生用品(除非商品有瑕疵)。
- 特價商品、限量商品及 非可退換商品(訂單頁面會特別標註)。
- 已使用、洗滌、受損、缺少配件或原包裝不完整的商品。
第二條 - 退貨流程
- 聯絡客服:請透過 Email(moderntruelife@gmail.com) 聯繫我們,提供訂單號、退貨原因及商品照片。
- 等待審核:我們將在 2-3 個工作日內 審核您的退貨申請,並提供退貨地址及相關指引。

寄回商品:請確保商品包裝完整,並於 審核通過後 5 天內 寄回。運費處理方式如下:
- 商品有瑕疵 / 錯誤發貨:我們承擔來回運費。
- 個人原因(不喜歡、不合適):買家需自行負擔來回運費。
- 退款處理:收到並確認商品符合退貨條件後,將於 5-7 個工作日內 退款至原付款方式(信用卡、電子支付等)。
第三條 - 退款方式
- 信用卡付款:退款將退回您的原支付卡片,處理時間依發卡銀行而定(約 7-14 個工作日)。
- 電子支付(如 PayPal):退款將直接退回您的電子支付帳戶,處理時間約 3-5 個工作日。
- ATM 轉帳 / 其他付款方式:請提供您的銀行帳戶資訊,退款處理時間約 5-7 個工作日。
第四條 - 重要提醒
- 若商品經檢查後不符合退貨條件,將無法退款,且需支付運費將商品寄回給您。
- 退貨包裹若因買家未妥善包裝而損壞,我們將無法受理退款或換貨。
- 我們不接受 貨到付款 形式的退貨,請先聯繫客服確認退貨方式。

We want you to have a satisfying shopping experience. If you are not happy with your purchase, we offer return and exchange services. Please read the following policy carefully to ensure your request is processed smoothly.

- Items must be in brand new, unused condition with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact.
- Return requests must be made within 7 days of receiving the item (based on the delivery date).
- If the item has a defect or was sent incorrectly, please provide photos or videos as proof. A full refund or free replacement will be provided.

Non-Returnable Items:
- Intimate items such as underwear, lingerie, and earrings (unless defective).
- Sale items, limited edition products, and items marked as non-returnable on the product page.
- Used, washed, damaged items, or items missing parts/accessories or original packaging.
Section 2 - Return Process

- Approval Process: We will review your request within 2-3 business days and provide return instructions.

Return the Item: Ensure the item is securely packaged and return it within 5 days after approval. Shipping fees:
- Defective/Wrong Items: We cover the return shipping costs.
- Personal Reasons (e.g., dislike, wrong size): The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
- Refund Processing: Once the returned item is received and verified, we will process the refund within 5-7 business days via the original payment method.
Section 3 - Refund Methods
- Credit Card Payments: Refunds will be credited to your original payment card. Processing time depends on your bank (typically 7-14 business days).
- Electronic Payment (e.g., PayPal): Refunds will be credited back to your PayPal account within 3-5 business days.
- ATM Transfers/Other Payment Methods: Please provide your bank details, and the refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
Section 4 - Important Notes
- If an item does not meet return conditions upon inspection, we will not process the refund and may require an additional shipping fee to send it back to you.
- We are not responsible for damages caused by improper packaging when returning the item.
- We do not accept cash on delivery returns. Please contact us first to confirm the return process.
